[App_rpt-users] Problem connecting node 27664 to 2363

I am connected to node 27664 via web TX.  I dial *32363 to connect it to 
node 2363.

I get this in the log file on 2363, in messages:

[Sep 24 22:05:29] WARNING[6333] app_rpt.c: Reported node 27664 cannot be 
found!!

Can anyone tell me what I am missing?  Do I need to update something on 
2363?
