[App_rpt-users] Play audio to connected Echolink nodes

Just went through the source code and could find nothing that would allow a
connect message.  In fact it's specifically mentioned in the "to do" list.

Hello everyone,

I'd like to know if anyone has discovered how to play an audio file to 
connected Echolink nodes?

The playback command only plays my audio to connected Allstar nodes.

I'm trying to set up an automatic connect message to be played to incoming 
Echolink connections.
