Thanks. I just subscribed. 

 

Do I have to use server>download configuration? Will it over write any
custom statements I have input? 

 

Or can I use manual configuration and make the edits myself? 

 

Do you know of any documentation that is available for the autopatch config?
How to setup password or access code?

Yes, its on the website. After you subscribe, initiate a server download. It
will then download the settings you need.
