[App_rpt-users] Echolink New Call No Longer In Message Log

The Echolink "New Call" message is no longer logged in the /var/log/asterisk/message log. 

ast_log(LOG_NOTICE, "new CALL=%s,ip=%s,name=%s\n",
                                el_node_key->call,el_node_key->ip,
                                        el_node_key->name);

No big deal, but we were using Logwatch to mine the message log for daily Echolink callsign connections.

I know a change was made to reduce the number of Echolink entries in the message log and there was some mention on how to turn the messages back on, but I'll be darned if I can find it now.

It would be nice if this message could be logged in the message log without the need for all the other Echolink database connection messages.  I will be glad to enter this as an enhancement request in Mantis if there is no other work around.
