[App_rpt-users] Icom 706 Remote base working (somewhat)

dusbabek = yes is a hack for syntor xcat. You should not have it for other radios. I suggest removing dusbabek. 

The symptoms you describe indicate the serial port is not working for whatever reason. Have you scoped the serial port to see if valid data is coming out?
