[App_rpt-users] USB Soundcard Fob - no audio

I've not yet modified the fob to take PTT out, and it's not connected
to a radio yet - just some headphones (which work) - I wanted to prove
the fob worked before progressing further.

They're stereo headphones - nothing out of either side.
