[App_rpt-users] voice announcements getting clipped at the start.

does anyone know how to put i guess like a audio delay for announcements?
when i dtmf the system to play the time  it cuts the first part of the time
off .  I guess i want the transmitter to key up for 1 sec then start
playing the file..
