Many radios need more than 600 ms though – going more than 600 requires a small program mod and recompile.

Is anyone using tone control in  the usbradio.conf file? (txtoctype)
No matter how I set this No, Phase, Notone, the tone still rides out the squelch tail, so instead of just hear the voice audio only I get repeater ID'S and CT's as well. Is there somethig else I'm missing?
