[App_rpt-users] Another install question...

OK, one more install problem that's got me pulling my hair out...

I'm doing a fresh reinstall from scratch and I suddenly find the install
going
into a endless loop of the "Phase 2 Post Install" then rebooting ad
infinitum.
That sound familiar to anyone?
