[App_rpt-users] DMK URI Help.

ON Pin 8 of the DMK URI  it says CTCSS_DET...     I know what it says  but i 
guess i am not quite sure on what it should be hooked to.  Should it be 
hooked up to an OUTPUT of the repeater,  input?

That would be hooked to the PL decoder.
