[App_rpt-users] Chan_iax2 registartion request

Using the command 'core set verbose 6', I have been watching the additional information coming from the asterisk CLI. I like the stream that shows all the nodes that are connected. However, I noticed the following :

As you can see this occurs every few minutes.

Does anyone else see this? (it is not shown when verbosity is set to 3).
What does this mean?
It seems like extra work is going on, on a frequent and regular basis.
Is there a way to "register".

PS: its funny that "rerequest" is misspelled with 2 q's.
