[App_rpt-users] Kerchunking filter

Does Asterisk have a anti kerchunk feature. I already know about the rxondelay which is a timer for after ptt drops. I am looking to prevent irritating, arrogant  people that get there jollies off kerchunking other peoples repeaters. Thanks for any info.
