[App_rpt-users] certified-asterisk-1.8.11-c and app_rpt module

To Whom It May Concern:
I have just installed a fresh CentOS release 5.8 (Final) along with the lasted "certified-asterisk-1.8.11-c" complete with "dahdi-linux-complete-2.5.0+2.5.0" and all of the other required supporting code and asterisk is now up and running along with the Asterisk Digium Configuration Engine via http...... and I am looking to try and find out the latest insights and methods necessary to get the app_rpt module installed and working with this current release of asterisk .... anyone that can help with my project I would appreciate it and ask that you please direct me accordingly.
Also I was trying to login to the http://ohnosec.org/drupal/ and I tried putting my email address that I get the mail list updates from and my password however it wouldn't let me log in for some reason or another. If you could help resolve that as well this would be much appreciated.

I'm using the command in the rpt.conf file to stream audio to an Icecast
server, but I need to somehow lower the level on what it sent to the server.
Would anyone know how to do that. I'm assuming because it's sent through the
console interface that I might be able to string some commands together or
the lame stuff can do it, just looking to lower it by 3 to 6 db if possible.

Howdy,
I think I must be missing something important.
I need to move my install to a new computer, as the old crappy one it's on now is fix in to crap out.
The machine that I have kicking around to use doesn't have a CDROM drive, but it will boot off USB. I verified this both by booting from a Chromium USB drive and also a live Archlinux installation. However, burning either Acid or Xipar to a USB drive seems not to work, giving me only a blank screen with a blinking cursor, and no boot prompt or very much else.
From the Mac terminal, and even from the Linux terminal on the crappy computer,
dd if=acid-somthing-or-other.iso of=/dev/disk1 (for the Mac, or /dev/sda for Linux)
The drive writes, it mounts, it has expected files on it, but it doesn't boot to anything except a blank screen.
Anyone got any ideas?

I use the following line in rpt.conf for the stream.
outstreamcmd=/bin/sh,-c,/usr/bin/lame --preset cbr 24 --highpass 0.2
-r -m m -s 8 --bitwidth 16 - - | /usr/bin/ezstream -c
/etc/ezstream.xml
By adding --scale n, where n is a number less than 1 you should be
able to lower the level, I haven't tried this but it should work.

Greetings,
I have got the voice mail working in the ACID install. But I have one
program with voice mail and someone will be able to answer hopefully.
Actually, this is for all autopatch's. Once I get connected to voice mail,
it will not longer pick up my DTMF's I can star six and star zero
everything. But I can not get send pound to stay in the voice mail. Or even
enter extension dtmf number once in voice mail. I think I made it sound
right. I can add more if needed....

Thanks I'll try that, I had put a --scale in my conf file but it didn't seem
to do anything, I moved it after the --preset as you have it so we'll see if
the --highpass works, then scale should as well, but perhaps it is placement
specific, I'm sure being influenced by the --preset.
