[App_rpt-users] Server Failover

Here's an interesting question.  I had a server that I use as a HUB node on
my local network fail (ups died).  Is there a way to use the permanent
connection or some other script to connect to one node and search/attempt a
connection to another node on loss of that "primary" connection similar to
what the RTCM does?
