[App_rpt-users] Echoink and what sound like extreme packet loss?

It'scable, up to 5MBPS up and 50MBPS down. As I say though, real world is typically less, although speed tests to http://testmy.net (whig is not on Time Warner's network) show respectable upload speeds, well above 2MBPS. I don't think three GSM channels should take that up.
