[App_rpt-users] jitter buffer in chan_simpleusb.c

Hi Ramesh,

Which platform are you using this on? x86 at the moment? As you know,
we'll be using chan_simpleusb on the RPi when we get it working
(phew!) and I was wondering if your findings here may have an impact
on the future status of the RPi effort.
