[App_rpt-users] Telephone Dial

Hello,

I was using my node connected to a node in Chicago and it works great. 
But I noticed today a "dial tone" come out of nowhere for abot 15 
seconds, then disappear.
I don't have a telephone portal setup yet, but this is the first time I 
ever hear that. Any clues?
