I have installed ACID succesfully

I have a Motorola GM300 conected to my Asterisk (Centos)

I have a URI interface

I am trying to install IAXRPT on my Windows XP but i can't install because
when i download show me a dowloading error.


When i run the command 

test*CLI> radio tune rxnoise

The system show me:

So i need you help me in order i can testing my config or if you could tell
me how i can getting started
