[App_rpt-users] Xelatec Restarting Issue

The Xelatec  server (node 28290) has been running flawless for two years as a simplex 2m link but after an improper shutdown I now receive the following message and restart continues over and over. 
“Unable to connect to remote asterisk (does /var/run/asterisk/asterisk.ctl exist?)”
