[App_rpt-users] RTCM Like Setup

Yes sir, I get that, I'm just trying to emulate that with the URI and
PC that I already have at the remotes.

I guess what I am looking for is a software package that I can install
on the PC that emulates the datastream that a RTCM would send and
receive from the app_rpt PC.
