[App_rpt-users] Spontaneous disconnects, disappearing nodes...

Have you tried rebooting everything?
Power cycle the cable modem / router, and all Ethernet switches on your LAN.
Reboot the Linux server    "shutdown -r now"
Then wait 20 minutes and recheck.
