[App_rpt-users] Registration server down?

Also, for whatever it may be worth, the 'nodes2.allstarlink.org' *and* the 'nodes3.allstarlink.org'
servers are having some sort of 'issues'. I need to contact their maintainers (which are not me)
to find out what is going on with them. This should not impede normal process, since the other
redundant servers (nodes1 and nodes4) are working properly.
