[App_rpt-users] Turn off dis/connect messages but not other telemetry? (corrected)

Unfortunately, no. There is no audio ducking for ACID or Limey. I had that on a 6502 controller I built back in the ‘80s. Seems like it wouldn’t be that hard to add, but I’m not a C guy so what do I know.
