[App_rpt-users] New node unable to connect to it.

Hello All,

Just put a new node (hub) online and I am unable to connect to it from my
established node, but I can connect to it via the phone portal  It show as
registered on the portal, and this is the error I get...

I can ping the IP address and the round trip average is 85ms with 0% of
packets lost. Thanks!
