[App_rpt-users] Status not updating in Portal

My two nodes 28241 and 28881 on a Beagleboard are not updating their
statuses on the portal.  The maps look good on the nodes they are connected
too.  Anyone have any pointers, I haven¹t been able to figure it out?

I have everything in the config file looking right, at least I think.
