[App_rpt-users] XIPAR install

I just installed the XIPIR ISO on a new computer , AllStar WebTranceiver
will not connect , although it is registered there. I tried overwritting
 the extensions_rpt_custom.conf<http://192.168.232.180/evb/page_mod/phpconfig/phpconfig.php?file=extensions_rpt_custom.conf&section=extensions_rpt_custom.conf>
 and
 iax_rpt_custom.conf<http://192.168.232.180/evb/page_mod/phpconfig/phpconfig.php?file=iax_rpt_custom.conf&section=iax_rpt_custom.conf>
and keys  files  with the Allstar manual configurations. I tried this but
it rang once and  still did not connect. What am missing.??Examples?
