[App_rpt-users] fighting echo within the soundcard.

found the fix, auto gain control on the cm108 is getting turned on.

Question is why is it getting turned on?
If I open alsamixer and turn it off, no echo.
On restarting asterisk, it comes back on.

I tried storing the current settings with alsactl store and rebooting.

Same thing. At least I know what's causing it. I was going crazy
thinking it was some wiring crosstalk or something.
