[App_rpt-users] Added Echo Link

Hi All,

 We added Echolink to the KD5KNZ node and it is runs fine. It accepts connects but does not act on any of the commands to connect to other echolink nodes. 

I am using :

*33 + 6 digit node number. ( add 0's were needed )

Any ideas??
