[App_rpt-users] Error: Too many open files

I usually keep connected to my hub node watching the CLI,  I noticed the
hub was acting weird.  The screen showed the following error:

"WARNING[7520]: asterisk.c:1011 listener: Accept returned -1: Too many open
files"

Tried looking at the log but noticed it was 750Mb.  I was in the process of
renaming it to view later and accidentally deleted it.  Has anyone else had
this error?
