[App_rpt-users] Allmon Improvements

Recent changes to Allmon:

1. An issue with Allmon has been the polling interval. If set too short polls trigger before the response from a previous poll causing no data to display. If set too long Allmon is not as responsive as it could be. I discovered a javascript programing technique call long polling which has solved this problem. No mater how fast or slow your server is, Allmon will now do the right thing. This is a must have update. 

2. A somewhat less important update is an orange background color for connecting nodes. App_rpt permanent connections occasionally go into Connecting status if the network drops. Sometimes users don't notice that and wonder why a link isn't working when "it shows on Allmon". Based on user request the background color of nodes in connecting status will turn orange. Can't miss those now! Nodes still have a green background color when receiving.
