[App_rpt-users] Inbound TLB Connections

All,

I have tested connectivity from app_rpt to tlb and the connections
appear to work just fine, however forming connections in the other
direction, from tlb to app_rpt, fail.  Below is the output of asterisk
when a connection attempt is made.  Can anybody provide some guidance
on how to make this work properly?
