[App_rpt-users] How to turn on AllStar ID Requirements

Why set it up as a SIMPLEX node?? Do yourself a favor and set it up DUPLEX
and as a RPTR. Simply use a pair of Maxtracs/Radius on UHF.With a Simplex
node your locked out as long as its talking. Set up as a RPTR you can have
it ID anyway you like....
