[App_rpt-users] re asterisk restarting

[REDBUTTON_CTRL]

Anyone know what is going on here?

I tried updating from SVN to fix it but it still is borked.

Do i have to do a fresh install?

No changes to any config files were done before this. It just crapped 
out today.
