[App_rpt-users] Allmon on ACID

I have been trying for a few days to get Allmon to work with my nodes. For
some reason it will not login via the manager interface.

Are there some detailed instructions to get it installed. I have read the
README at https://github.com/tsawyer/allmon/blob/master/README several
times and still not able to get it to connect. I have also edited
manager.conf 8-10 times and still am unable to make it work.

I am not new to Linux or Asterisk at all, but for some reason I can't get
this to work.
