[App_rpt-users] Motorola GM300 Transmitter PTT Issue With APP_RPT & DMK URI

OK, I set 'carrierfrom=usbinvert' in usbradio.conf, and it fixed my "PTT"
issue.  It did end up being a COR polarity problem.  I didn't have to
invert PTT.  I have 'invertptt=0' set in usbradio.conf.  My repeater / node
(27220) is up and running.
