[App_rpt-users] Interfacing with a Vertex repeater.

sorry  vertex 7000

so  no jumper to tell it  if its external or not.  all done I just don't want  to hurt the club's repeater.  Just didn't know if the URI transmitting the same time the repeater repeating on its own would screw something up
