[App_rpt-users] creating new server

Ok on the allstarlink.org page under creating a new server it asks for lat/long. but it forces you to use the map. The map does not display! All I get is blank space with lat/long entry blocks below but you cannot manually enter any values. I am using firefox latest version and win7. Anyone else having this problem?
