[App_rpt-users] uncommnet

So I've gotten into the usbradio.conf file and made some changes. I've
also looked at the rpt.conf I was looking at the status reporting
section and depending on if I'm running acid or limey. I need to
uncomment. I did a startpage search and found reference to removing #
but I do not see that in the file. What am I missing?
