[App_rpt-users] Changing Courtesy Tones, and SSHing into the computer

Thanks, finally got to it, and figured out changing the courtesy tones.

Is there a way to disable the system beep, or at least turn down the volume
because it sometimes annoys me when I am in VI and I accidentally navigate
too far right or left and it goes BEEP really loud.
