ifdown eth0 
sleep 5 
ifup eth0 

from a cron job.....

write a job in your crontab that reboots the machine every day 10 minutes after the time you've scheduled your router to reboot. 

It's linux. simple to do.

I have a allstar located in radio club that night off the router and left on the laptop running with allstar think they're blocked, I have looked in the bios to do when it's a reboot is not necessary to give the button on the laptop but it seems that is not possible another idea is to make an automatic reset after reconnecting the router every day but do not know if anyone has any tool that allows
