[App_rpt-users] Web transceiver node display

I have a hub that has a number of 4xxxx Allstar nodes connected and I keep getting inquiries about why there are IRLP nodes showing on the web transceiver. They obviously are not IRLP nodes but instead the 4xxxx nodes with the leading 4 not displayed. Apparently this was never changed on the web transceiver when the 40K nodes were added. Can this be fixed?

This works correctly in my lsnodes script as I updated it when the node sequence changed.
