[App_rpt-users] app_rpt requirements for Allstarlink.org WebTransceiver

What are the app_rpt requirements for Allstarlink.org WebTransceiver to
connect on opening? I have one working, and the other server/node, which I
thought was a duplicate, is not. What am I missing?
