The code snippet posted first checks the length of the string, before
checking if the first digit is a '4'.
I'm confident that the code change(s) should be trivial .. what I'm
more concerned about is getting it to build (including any dependency
libraries) and getting the jar signed (as someone mentioned). I have a
request in to Jim for access to the source, and will see what we can
dig up....
