[App_rpt-users] Weirdness in DTMF land...

I should add that if you have trouble decoding touch tones after this upgrade, you probably have PL on your RX audio. Filter it out either in your receiver or with plfilter=yes in simpleusb.conf, usbradio.conf or voter.conf
