[App_rpt-users] How to setup Allstar Monitor

Still having troubles getting allmon to work. Visiting kd0whb.duckdns.org/allmon still gets stuck on "waiting".
Below is the allmon.ini.php

The passwords are the same in allmon ini and manager.conf.
Any suggestions?
