[App_rpt-users] Zoiper Unreliability

Not iphone but on my Droid I had this problem when I had weak cell signal I
had this very problem. I equated it to the touch tones being garbled
somehow. I even had the problem when it appeared to have good signal. I
switched to VOX amd use the mute button as a toggle on/off to ptt. Works
fine.
