​It ​should have said more behind FAILED. Such as insufficient level..
There is either not enough, to much, or no audio detected. Did you inject
the proper tone to adjust the voice level.

If your using discriminator audio you must read radio tune rxnoise first,
so the software can see a base line noise level with no signal present.
Using discriminator audio the software is seeing a constant signal.
