Yes, incredible PBX is great on the Pi but it is a late Asterisk version not compatible with app_rpt.

like others stated. with simple usb, maybe 2. with usbradio, none. 
now the hard part will be to run the app.. 
got a PI home today and that was one thing I wanted to experiment on..
