[App_rpt-users] Java error

When I run the java script for the web transceiver this is what comes up in
the window just above the accept check box.

This application will be blocked in a future Java security update because
the JAR file manifest does not contain the Permissions attribute. Please
contact the Publisher for more information. More Information
