[App_rpt-users] Install Script Failing

Thanks guys for the quick feedback. Obviously something is confused here.

How many Microsoft engineers does it take to change a light bulb?
None. Microsoft declares darkness a standard and everybody just accepts it.

How many Help Desk Technicians does it take to change the light bulb?
Have you tried turning the light off, and then back on again?
